Might be a little bit tough to do -- often times the binder used for a cigar is from the same leaf that's used for the wrapper... it's just not pretty enough to be used as the wrapper... so the binder will still be there contributing to the taste.

Grab a cigar that has the same blend with a number of different wrappers, such as an 858 maduro, sun grown, rosado, candela, and natural. Spark 'em up -- they do have distinctive tastes, despite having the same blend of tobacco for the filler. But 70%? I agree, that seems to high.
