Had intended to Bali through the weekend, but last night I saw the Puerto Rican Yauco there, roasted 1 batch very dark (almost French roast), the other to light city, then finished the PRY by mixing 50/50 with Indonesian Celebs to full city, then roasted a batch of Ethipoian Yrg. to just 2nd pop. This stuff is awesome, maybe not reproducable but damn fine coffee.
