When (if) you drink bottle-fermented ales, do you pour carefully to get the minimum of lees in the glass, or do you roll the bottle as you pour for maximum flavor?

I'm a roller. (a deep roller...)

It varies from beer to beer. I'll usually roll the first one and then if I don't care for the taste, I'll leave the sludge.

This calls for a very special blend of psychology and extreme violence.

Well, with Maudite (and most of the other Uniboue products), not rolling is, like, just wrong...
