Weihenstephan is an old (really old) German brewery. They not only brew great lagers and wheat beers, they have some relationship to a brewing school, and keep some really nice strains of yeast, esp. wheat beer yeasts.
I really like their dunkelweizen (dark wheat) and Korbinian (a doppelbock- strong and dark). Just had their traditional lager for the first time and it's pretty good.
