Smokeless?
Any BOTLs out there who "dip" smokeless tobacco? I used to dip Cope back in the day, but eventually gave it up. I started smoking cigars about 3 years ago, and recently started dipping Skoal long cut once or twice a day. Anyone else?

I dipped Skoal for 10 years. I gave it up about 8 or 9 years ago. I got started in college. Back then I used to chew Red Man and Levi Garret as well.

I used to use Oliver Twist Tobacco, it looks like licorice nibs, and comes in different flavors. I liked it because when I used to barber I could put a few in my mouth and keep working with out have to spit. It is also pretty good price a tin of about 25 or so runs 4 or 5 bucks.

Used to dip Copenhagen about 30 years ago. One helluva nicotine buzz! it was just too messy, though, and after a while I got worried about the variety of possible medical problems for my mouth and just kind of quit. Actually, I quit ALL tobacco products (and I used to use them all) until about 5 years or so ago, when I started cigars again.

I used to on rare occassions, and never failed to blow my burrito afterwards. I'm not too nicotine tolerant, and even a few shreds will do it, even if I spit constantly.
It's too bad, in a way, I like the way it tastes and would like to indulge it once in a while. |

A can of FreshCope a day (Long Cut) at least. Total nicotine addict. Unfortunately I'm convinced that my addiction has screwed up my taste buds and has lessened my ability to taste/enjoy the flavors of the cigars.

no "dipping", but I did start start getting into chewing Beechnut on the baseball team in HS.
Then one day I went running after a foul ball.... tripped on some uneven ground... swallowed the chaw... and then.............. never again |
