Shelly's Backroom. The address is in the Where To Smoke Database. Great atmosphere and food. Very Cigar Friendly.

Yep
In DC Shelley's is the best place. In the DC area, Old Town alexandria has a few cigar friendly places but none are primarily focused on cigar smoking like Shelley's. As opposed to being cigar friendly Shelley's is more like non-cigar tolerant. They actually warn each unknowing customer before seating them that it is a cigar parlor.
