The ProCigar Festival in the Dominican Republic will not be taking place in February as scheduled. The organizers announced this morning the event was being postponed. —the organizers announced this morning the event was being postponed. No new date has been announced. The organizers changed plans due to the continuing effects of the Coronavirus pandemic. “Our first consideration under these difficult circumstances must be for the health and well-being of all participants involved in the event while national governments seek to contain the spread of this disease,” ProCigar said in a statement.
