Storage Conditons For Long Term Aging

I am getting ready to put down quite a few boxes and I am considering my basement. I have been watching three hygrometers at all sections of the basement and the average RH is 66% and the average temperature is 68 degrees F. These seem to be ideal conditons for long term aging. Any advice from past experience would be greatly appreciated as this is a long term investment and I want the cigars to age well. I have always kept my normal storage at 70/70 so I am unfamiliar with smoking cigars at 66% RH. Do they smoke just fine?

Thanks in advance.
