another question... in a world where there are new brands and new lines every week, how do you figure out what to add and what to subtract from your inventory?

Just as an update on this, I emailed the shop manager today. Hopefully, I'll receive a response soon. I'm hoping he'll be willing to participate with the email interview. If I don't receive a response to the email then I'll call him next week.
