Can someone ID this Macallan?
I was recently on a cruise (Carnival) and purchased a bottle of The Macallan, Fine Oak, 18 years old. It is 43% alcohol by volume and is in a 700ml bottle.
The size (700 vs 750) has thrown me a bit. Is this their standard bottling for this whisky? Also, for what it's worth, I paid $80 US, which I am assuming is a pretty great deal. Is that about right? Any help you can give me is greatly appreciated as a few quick Google searches haven't really helped.
