Wow, I don't remember Lava being that expensive. IIRC, I got a 12-can case of Vector for about the same price as five cans of Lava.

BTW, big mistake. Do not buy twelve cans. I only go through about a can a year.

I like the Lava fuel a lot but it's more expensive than the Vector Quintuplus per volume.

Vector Quint. $6.99 (at cigarmony.com) for a 10.75 oz can ($5.49 / 10.75 oz can if you buy 4)

Lava $7.99 for a 5.4 oz can ($6.25 / 5.3 oz can if you buy 12)

I have tried both and don't notice any difference in performance at all.
