Last night, I offered to buy my very handsome bartender a shot ... his choice. So, he poured us a shot of Cointreau. Then, lit it and let the flame burn a few minutes in the glasses. Then smothered the flame and handed me my glass. Very smooth, just a tad warm, but cools as it slide down one's throat.
