Listening Room system:
Micro-Sekei RDX-1500 'table ET-II arm Denon DL-103 MC cartridge Quicksilver MC transformer Quicksilver Phono Stage (tube)(custom made) Quicksilver Line Stage Preamps (tube)(one for each channel)(custom made) Quicksilver Single-ended DHT 300B mono amps (tube)(custom made) Lowther PM2A drivers in Medallion II horn loaded cabinets All interconnects and speaker cables custom made silver 12,000 records And a VERY understanding wife. Living Room system: Pioneer DVD-600 (?) DVD player JVC 1050 CD player Panasonic Hi-Fi VCR VanAlstine MosFET 50 amp Klipsch Corner Horns 500 or so CDs, Various DVDs and VHS tapes The K-horns really rock with movies. Vinyl is, IMHO, vastly superior to CDs. Much more "real" and involving. Any residual noise doesn't bother me nearly as much as CD's truncated highs, phase problems and sampling rate issues.
