I bought a Vicksburg humidor about 6 months ago. It holds about 300 cigars. For the last month my supply has dwindled to about 100 cigars. I have restocked somewhat to about 175 cigars. My problem: The cigar oasis, (automated humidification system) constantly is running. The relative humidity use to be about 68%. Now it is at 69%-70% and it just keeps on running. 3 maybe 4 days in a row now. I'm unplugging it sometimes, hoping it won't burn up. Any ideas

When I notice my Oasis running all the time, I usually give it a refill. It may not be the problem at all, but would be a cheap remedy to try.

Mine also runs when it needs a refill.Pick up the unit and if feel light just add some distilled water to it and it should do the trick.

Thanks to what you all said, I discovered the cartridge was empty. I have refilled with distilled water, and the oasis is not continuously running anymore Thanks to all
