Best value bourbon on the market today. Nice choice, 'kerch!

Popped the top on a bottle of Knob Creek 9 Year Old last night. As substantial a Bourbon as ever... And it's nice to see the age designation back after a spell of no-age-statement nonsense.

I can hear the bottles and cans in the beer fridge calling to me all the way from the basement. Probably my current favorite, Wernesgruener, a tasty German pilsener.

I believe I remember that brand from years back. I remember being a fan. Haven't seen any for years. Enjoy it!

It's available at Aldi if you have those in your area. The price is great.

Knob Creek 9 Year Old once again last night... The last pours from this bottle taste just as fine (perhaps even better?) than the first ones.

One of my monster manhattans made with Costco's Kirkland Signature Canadian and Martini & Rossi sweet vermouth with a few drops of Angostura Bitters.

A 'fresh' pour of Elijah Craig Small Batch... Didn't seem quite as texturally rich as the last bottle's contents I'd consumed, but that's often the case with newly opened bottles.

1/2 glass of 2006 Ponzi Tavola Pinot Noir. Just enough to remind me how good some wines can be.
