Foam humidor seal

I think I just shot myself in the foot.

I've been trying to get the foam seal on my cabinet humidor's door installed, and after a few tries I found exactly what I (thought) I needed. 1/16" thick neoprene closed-cell foam adhesive strip wide enough to fit into the channel I machined in the door. The 1/8" was too thick and wouldnt let the door close as the liner protrudes about 1/32" to press into the foam.

Anyway, the adhisive on this particular foam strip is extremely tenacious. Worse than any kind of tape I've ever dealt with! I just hope that I never have to take the stuff off - it may not come off!

The stuff does, however, work exactly like I had envisioned. Now I just need to get a CO and get this puppy to some store cigars!
