How do you dry out cigars

I have some cigars that arrived a little "wet" "freshly rolled" "hard to draw" "little smoke" "a little bitter tasting" Are these all signs of a cigar that needs to dry out? I guess they need some time to rest. If so what is the best way? Right now there are in with the rest of my cigars and I am keeping them all at 65F and about 69% humidity. Should I have seperate humidors and keep one at 65% and one at 70%? The one I am smoking right now is the Maria Mancini Magic Mountian E from the 12 days of Christmas. This cigar is great,( I will review today when it is finished)

What about dry cigars, I have some of those too..........
Thanks
