New S.T. Dupont Lighter
I got a replacement for my stolen lighter at my favorite cigar shop in NYC (Wall St. Humidor on 18 Warren St.) Here it is! Palledium Plated Line 2. Thanks for directing me away from the fakes on Ebay everyone.

Nice!!! I'd be afraid to use it, for fear that I might lose it.

I love the design of that. The palladium is a big plus versus other silver plate models, as it won't tarnish. The only problem I have with that was the display model that I looked at had very sharp corners and was not comfortable in the hand. Otherwise, beautiful. Fingerprints won't show up like the chinese lacquer models.

It's gorgeous, and I hope you enjoy it for decades! I had a sterling silver Dupont about 35-40 years ago, and I loved it. Some mother f@#$er burgled my apartment in the early 70's and stole it (among other things) . Since then, I haven't been able to bring myself to put that kind of money into a ligher again . I'll just have to enjoy yours vicariously!

Yeah the corners are a little sharp but unlike the lacquer which has a tendency to scratch, I don't have to worry about that. I too think its beautiful. I'm going to be much more careful with it in the future.
