Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk I heated the fat until it hit 350 in a cast iron pot then added the flour stirring quickly. It took me longer than 3-5 mins but a much shorter time than normally. Will use this method again for sure. Last edited by jeepdad; 01-31-2021 at 11:37 AM. |
