Ok, so I advised you all that I would let you know how it turns out with Xikar from most enraging first post! well here it is, I recieved the package from them today and in it was.
(1) Xikar hat. free of charge.
(2) Upgraded cutter. (they sent me the beedblasted ss one with rubberized handles in place of my old titanium one.
(3) 007 punch that works!
(4) a nice letter of saying sorry for the wait.

and the cutter seems to snap open like a damm switchblade! so I am sure I will have no problems with it. Well, thats the Xikar story. Alls well that ends well I guess. Now I am off to cut a Diamond Crown Maximus Robusto #5 with my new cutter and just relax... or should I punch it? lol!
