Coffee show on National Geographic TV

Today a film crew from National Geographic spent three hours filming our roasting plant and interviewing me for a special that they're doing on espresso. I have no idea how much footage they'll use of us, as the show is 1hr long and it focuses on the biochemical aspects of coffee. They left here with about 1hr of tape, so we should get SOME time.

I DO know that the show will air on the National Geographic Channel nationwide this Thursday (5/23) at 7PM and again at 10PM EST. It will air again on Friday (5/24) at 9:00 and 12PM EST.

If you get the National Geographic Channel, tune in. It also happens that we were working on an order for Lew at the time, so you can see how the coffee that he sells is produced. Remember, the camera adds ten pounds!
