CAO's Xmas special
CAO recently came out with a new Xmas special line, a take off of the La Traviata (sp, sorry). The cigars have some cool graphics on the label, but I had the angry snowman yesterday...PASS! Stick with the La Traviata for a better flavor and better price.

Gimmicks only work on the wannabes and those looking for a novelty. I bought a 5'r of the Sons of Anarchy sticks a few weeks ago just for the bands but it turns out they are really good cigars. They're much better than the CAO Soprano line.

Thanks for the recommendation!! I really enjoyed the sopranos, but no way in hell were they worth their price tag!!!

That's good to know. I'd be interested in how they are better than the Sopranos. Strength, flavor profile? Thanks.

Notice how cao is hardly ever mentioned any more since Huber left? Seems maybe he had something to do with the quality...

huber was strictly marketing, IIRC. I read articles about him, and I don't believe that he had any input at all into actual manufacture. he was just the genius that made them into the paris hilton of tobacco.
