I ate dinner at the bar of this new upscale restaurant here in town and noticed this mini curio cabinet on the top shelf of the bar that contained an ornate bottle lit from below. I asked the bartender about it and he told me that it's 150 year old cognac. No, that's not a typo - 150 years old! My eyes got big, and I asked him how much and he replied "$125 a shot." Damn, I know it's old, but that seems ridiculous! Just wanted to know if any of you guys have actually tried this stuff.
