Strike once, shame on you. Twice, shame on me?

A certain domestic vendor just screwed up my order--again. This is the second time I've ordered from them, and each order has had a screw-up. This time, they sent me the wrong tobacco--right company, wrong blend.

I spect I'll still enjoy it, but I'm kind of pissed here. Given that the two blends are essentially the same cost (1 cent difference), should I raise a fuss over it? Should I ever buy from them again?

Thanks.

I would call the vendor and get the right product you paid for and ordered a certain product you should not have to settle with something else. Mistakes do happen but it is how a company fixes the mistake that is important. I would take into consideration how the mistake is fixed when you decide whether to do business with thiscompany in the future. that's my 2 cents

If you like them as much as the ones you ordered, keep them - if not, don't - but let the vendor know either way.

I'd say two for two is pretty bad, and I don't believe much in coincidence.

That's okay - a certain home depot gave me an electric stove instead of a gas stove. This after borrowing a truck and getting a friend to help me (el presidente). I open the crate and bam - the wrong model and the wrong energy type. I called them and they guy tells me he didn't do it, must have been somebody else.

If you're not happy, let them know. Give them a chance to make it right.

If you're okay with it.... then kwityerbichin'

After all, it's you're money. You should get what you ordered.

I wouldn't put up with two mistakes in a row like that. Let them know about this mixup and your intention of taking your business elsewhere. If that doesn't get them to look into the problem and fix it, nothing will, in which case their days are numbered.

Agreed. I'd do exactly the same.

I would call and let them know and see what they say. That will pretty much tell you if you should oder from them again.

Heck yeah, I'd raise a fuss. Kinda like going to a restuarant, ordering a steak and getting chicken. The chicken may be very good, but its not what I ordered......
