I really like the Especiales and if that deal was for them I would buy a lifetime supply. LOL.

Good question. Not sure about that. They send Cubans so I would think a few boxes of new worlds would make it though but can't say for sure.

I have never been charged an import tax when ordering from COH and IH. For non Cuban cigars.
