Anyone order from bargainhumidors.com before?

How good is their services?

I placed an order Wednesday (12th) hoping it would be shipped the next day but simply got an email saying they got the order.

I sent them an email asking about my order but simply got my automated reply saying that my email had been read by them but received no response.

Is this service normal for them or not? Most of the online stores I order from the order goes out in the next day or two.
