while it is a movie about music it is worthwile seeing. I never realized most of these guys were straight up jazz players with major chops as well as timing and monster grooves. While i always loved james jamerson i never really knew to much about the story of the funk brothers. If you get a chance see it, at the end of the movie the audience broke into applause (haven't seen that in a while)
