Bob -- thank you very much for the info. My current walk-ins were both done by the same guy, but he has retired and I am having some difficulty reaching him. He's down in FL, so when I get down there I am sure I can track him down through some mutual freinds. I was going to ask some local experts also.

Anyway Bob, about the "commute"; no problem, LOL. I can put you up in my place -- the place is huge and offers plenty of privacy. Of course I can also supply some amazing cigars, LOL. Don't smoke all the inventory though, LOL. Also, I am sure we can get whatever machinery, tools, etc., locally.
