Yeah, I know. Yet it's three years old. Could be I'm using a bad word to describe the flavor. Maybe I'll use the sour chalk analogy instead of ammonia to describe the flavor. I'm a bit pedantic though. I can't help but wonder what woul make chalk sour and why one would taste it.
