Years and years of consuming caffeinated beverages have for the most part rendered me immune to the effects aside from the withdrawal headaches I get due to its absence of course.

Spousal unit, not so much it seems. This morning we brewed some of the Sumatran Lintong that I roasted yesterday. Within 10 minutes, shes reading me articles from the newspaper complete with commentary, talking back to the TV and planning our day. At the two cup level, she is cleaning the bedroom, talking back to NPR on the radio in there and peppering me with questions and commentary as she passes by on the way to one place or another in the house. Jibber-jabber, jibber-jabber, zoom, zoom, zoom....

I'm really trying to decide if it's better to give her the high octane on the weekend or before I push her out the door to go to work.

I'm liking the Lintong BTW.
