Avanti Wine Cooler - Setup w/ Pics!

I just got my Avanti wine cooler set up and so far so good. In following the setup instructions it says to run it on "low" for 2 hours ... then to bring it up to "medium" or "high" as necessary. The lowest temp it reached was 63 degrees on low (I just brought it up to medium) after 3 hours in a room set at 78 degrees. I'm thinking this unit should hold 65-70 degrees no problem during the summer when the hottest my house gets is 85-88 degrees w/ AC of course during the day when I'm at work.

I added 2 computer fans (one on the bottom and one up top to distribute the Rh) and wired them to a timer so that they come on for 10 minutes every 4 hours. This whole setup is SO quiet I have to open the door to see if it's all running. The fans and the cooling unit are wisper quiet!

For now I cut 3 shelves out of Spanish Cedar and am using 2 of the chrome racks (included with the cooler) to store my boxes and what not. Eventually I am going to have 2 pull out Spanish Cedar drawers made and will install them in the top half of the cooler for singles. That way I can store boxes in the bottom and have enough room for about 300 singles up top in the drawers.

So far after 3 hours or so the Rh has climbed to 45% and the units temp is climbing as I cycle through the various temp ranges. I should note that I never saw the Rh decrease while the cooling unit ran the temp down to 63 degrees. The Rh continued to climb slowly the entire time. Ofcourse it will take a while for all the Spanich Cedar I've added to season but it seems to be doing well thus far.

If you'd like to see pics of the unit and how I installed everything please click the following link:
