The draft is scheduled for Monday, August 26, 2013 at 8:00 PM ET

The entry fee is 10 cigars (that you would like to receive yourself).

Payouts are sent directly to winners at the end of the season are as follows:
1st Place: 60 Cigars
2nd Place: 30 Cigars
3rd Place: 20 Cigars
4th Place: 10 Cigars
What we have done in the past and will continue to do is, the winners do not send out any cigars and we simply deduct their 10 cigars from their winnings.

1- Guv
2- H311oLHD
3- jdouglas
4- jgbutler
5- BigO
6- Little O
7- TommyBB
8- Mississippi Rifleman
9- DUplayboy
10- mshade
11- carmine7075
12- GarGus

Just like previous years, the divisions will be set according to the ESPN's Random draft order.
Division 1 will be draft positions 1, 5, & 9; Division 2 will be draft positions 2, 6, & 10; Division 3 will be draft positions 3, 7, & 11; Division 4 will be draft positions 4, 8, & 12

We will play everyone in our own division twice (weeks 1-3 & weeks 11-13) and everyone not in our division once.
Playoffs are each of the division winners (top two get a bye) and the remaining two playoff spots are given to the top two non-division winners.

PLAYOFF FORMAT:
ROUND 1:
WILDCARD ROUND - The top two division winners earn a bye (you MUST win your division to earn a bye).
The remaining two division winners will play the two wildcard teams, with the highest division winner not to earn a bye playing against the lowest wildcard team.
ROUND 2:
SEMI-FINALS - The team with the best regular season record will face the team with the worst regular season record that still remains in playoffs (be that a wildcard team, division winner or even the other team that earned a bye).
ROUND 3:
CHAMPIONSHIP - The two winning teams from Semi-finals will play each other for league Championship;
The two losing teams from the semi-finals will play each other to determine 3rd and 4th Place

(1) Aaron ( H311oLHD) is unable to make the draft on Tuesday, 08/27.
The worst case scenario is Aaron would have to pre-rank his roster, but if possible I prefer to have everyone there.
If everyone else is good with it, we can move the draft to Wednesday, 08/28 at 8:00PM? Please post here if the 28th works for you or not.

(2) There was a discussion about making the league a keeper league this year. If so I would strongly recommend we keep only 1 or 2, and certainly no more than 3 players.

(3) If we make a keeper league do we allow for the trading of keepers once they are declared the following year. (Keepers would be declared on or around August 1st, but there is still no off season trading).

(4) Do we want to add an extra playoff spot, so that 7 teams would make the playoffs. If we do, then only the top seeded team would earn a bye but an extra team would make the playoffs.

I'm in and as far as the the keeper league an 7 team playoff, I'm fine with it if that is what the consensus is.
