1. They are not a hassle. Extremely easy to clean. Somewhat delicate, yes. Not a good pipe for working or walking around. But no more troublesome than any other meer.

2. They smoke better than any other pipe in the world. Period.

3. Buy one here. No personal experience with them, but this is the only site i've found that has a proper selection, and it's where I'll get a new one when i have the bucks. Not cheap, but you will get what you pay for. You could get one on ebay, but you are taking your chances.

Only reason not to pull the trigger is if you think you might stop smoking pipes soon, then it might not be worth the $. But their characteristics are apparent to both newbies and FOG's.
