New pizza oven

Finally broke down and bought one. Ooni Koda 16 and slapped on the NG conversion to plumb it into the outdoor kitchen. Made my first pizza dough yesterday and stretched it today. My teenager, Brooke, helped me top them as well as call out time every five seconds for two minutes. Which happens to be all the time it takes to cook one at 850F. Plenty of room for improvement especially stretching the rounds and using the turning peel. Other than that I’m happy with my first three pizzas. More finishd pix to come for sure lol

Really cool. I use a $5 pizza stone on my Weber. Most tasty!

That is a really cool pizza oven. Your first attempt at pizza making look really good.

Very nicely done. I really miss my pizza oven, we had to sell it to the neighbor when we sold the house. No room at the rental for it, but I WILL be getting one for the new house.

Here is a great desert pizza....
Par bake a plain skin in the oven (1 min for you it looks like).
Spread on Nutella, sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and top with mini marshmallows.
Return to oven and cook until Marshmallows are golden brown.

You will NOT be sorry - if you plan ahead I mix some crushed graham crackers into the dough ball I will use for this and sprinkle them on the top.

Smore's pizza - do it.....
