xtend/colibri question

i read on another BBS that the Xtend is actually made by Colibri. Is this true?

Yes, I talked to the Colibri Rep and he verified it for me.

I used to want one of these but now i don't know. I was going to buy it to replace the colibri i am always having problems with.

i know derek. the thing is eveyone swears by the xtend, and they are a badass f'ing torch.

I believe that Colibri handles service issues for DuPont in the USA.

Yeah that is why i wanted one. They look really sweet and feel very nice in your hand. Now i'm just not sure. But on the other hand i don't know what else i would really get. Can't find anyone around me that carries prometheus and they are fairly overpriced imho. We'll see i guess, not like i have the cash flow right now anyhow
