Need some quick help with a cheap humidor...

A friend just asked me if I could suggest a cheap humi for him. Doesn't need a lot of capacity (50-100 tops) and doesn't want to spend a lot ($40-$60 tops). I was gonna just direct him to Ebay. I checked bargainhumidors.com, but they were a tad pricey for him.

Any other thoughts?

Just be carefully about eBay, some people swear they've gotten great deals, other swear they've got pieces of horseshit from there.

He might also try cruising over to cigarbid and see if he can score a humi for cheap.

Or just construct a tupperware-dor.

But, sometimes it doesn't hurt to shell out a little more and get a quality piece of wood that you know will last a lifetime.

Cheap Humidors.com has a lot of nice stuff. Prices are very resonable.

Look for one of those scratch and dent ones they at least used to offer at Bargain and Cheap.

If he's looking for cheap storage only, then I'd recommend a tupperdore or coolerdor. They can't be beat.

Then if he gets tired of cigars, he can store food in the tupperware or beer/soda in the cooler.

I survived nicely with a tupperdore for a few years.

Now I have three humidors and still occasionally use the old tupperdore for added capacity when my buying gets ahead of my smoking.
