Proper Bean Storage?
Being that I have become a fledgling coffee drinker and I dont roast my own..I was wondering what is the proper humidity/temp to store roasted beans to ensure freshness and do they go "stale" after a period of time. I have a package of Blue Mountain and Espresso coming. Thanks for the input.
