Buying Bean Rip Off

Have you ever thought you have been ripped off after buying a pound of beans. When you get home they don't even look like what you have been buying at the place for months. When questioned they say they are the same as always but you know better.

I live in a one beanery town and now I need to look to the internet. I can't trust them any more. Cheapo bean substitutions.

I have been buying a Nicaraguan bean. Almost as dark as an expresso roast and very oily looking. I'll take sugestions on a green bean substitute that I can roast in my Whirly-Pop.
