Amy Winehouse will be exempt because she's too obvious.

And I guess there should be two categories, naturally ugly (Janis Ian) and used-up-drugged-out ugly (Keith Richards).

Not ugly, but has a very wierd look. In some pictures I've seen of her, she is made-up quite nicely, but in others she looks odd......Celine Dion.

Along the line of Keith Richards, Steve Tyler and Mick aren't great looking.

Bob Dylan is one odd looking individual.

Courtney Love is the text-book definition of used and abused. Has been hot before, but those short lived moments don't make up for the train wreck she typically is.
