Blessings upon you if you got a good one. My wife bought me a DCG49 on eBay after my Melitta broke. The DCG49 ground ok, but it took forever. Standing there with your finger on the button for 5 minutes is no fun. The top area would not hold enough beans for a 12 cup pot, so I had to do multiple batches just to brew 1 pot in the morning. Also, the top burr would not come out for cleaning, no matter how hard I tried. Maybe I just got a bad one. Last month my wife bought me a Krups GVX2. It is solid, holds alot of beans, adjustable, and you just push the button and walk away. The button even glows blue while grinding, just for fun. Anyway, you're lucky if you got a good Delonghi.
