Basically, yes. Looks like a reissue of the original Arista Freedom LP on another label.

Paper Man (also a Tolliver-led group on the Arista Freedom label, featuring Gary Bartz and Herbie Hancock) is another listening-worthy album. Tolliver was certainly underappreciated in his time, and possessed a truly unique interpretational style.
