Bucket list bands to see live
I have pretty much almost all of them. ELO is the only one left. You?

I would have liked to have seen Rush one more time live before the death of Neal Peart. The Eagles before the death of Glenn Frey. Im sure there’s more but these two bands stick out right now.

Much as I really don't like The Eagles, I took the woman I was dating to see them. Joe Walsh opening for Stevie Nicks was much better. I still think Nicks is one of the best songwriters of her generation.
I was really pissed off when Til Tuesday cancelled their opening for the Moody Blues. They were the only reason I paid a high dollar ticket. Not to take MB down, but they're a studio band.

I still maintain that "Mr. Blue Sky" is one of the greatest songs ever written.

Would you know that my 13 year old daughter can play it on the violin?

I was lucky and have seen almost all of my "bucket list" bands - the ONLY one I did not is Led Zeppelin - we were planning on getting tickets for the tour that was cancelled when Bonham died.
Rush...more Rush - 14 shows was not enough - though I AM glad I got to take my then 15yr old son to R40.

Bucket list:
1. Joe Walsh again but for a full concert. Son and I saw him open for Tom Petty (6 mo. before he died) and he should have been the headliner. The guy lives for it, what a talent and what energy. More than I can say for TP 2. U2. Didn't make their KC concert a few years ago and regret it. 3. Steve Winwood. Saw him open for Petty in Tulsa, he had a better hour of music than Petty. I saw TP in KC for the Hard Promises tour and he never matched it. Hated it when he hooked up with Jeff Lynne.
