Frustrated with Humidor

Hey everyone, I'm a newbie to the forum and my first post is a question I have for all of you. I own a Daniel Marshall humidor and I currently have a variety of cigars inside, around 40-50 cigars. I removed the cellophane off of the cigars. I understand that some people recommend this while others do not, it is simply a matter of choice, as is a thousand other things when it comes to cigars. Anyway, I have not had a good smoke in the past 2 months. They seem to be either too dry or too moist. When I feel them prior to smoking they feel fine and cut fine, but when I light them they're no good. I have the cigars stacked up on top of eachother about three high so I'm not sure if the air circulation just sucks or what. Any advise would be great.

Thanks,

Dan
