How would I "cool" my humidor to a reasonable temp

Long story short ...

I live in a studio apartment in NYC where regulating the temperature of my apartment is beyond my control. Depsite exhausting every option possible the place hovers right around 75-80F no matter what I do (including opening the window in 30F weather).

There is nowhwere in the apartment that is cooler than another (read: studio).

Does anyone have any suggestions? I wouldnt even mind buying a haier or something similar if I could put the humidor inside.

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance.
