Western Hygrometer 10 points off?! HELP

Salt tested my Western Calibur Hygrometer last night for 8 hours and this morning the humidity in the baggy was 65%, does this mean that the hygrometer is 10 pts off or was the experiment flawed? I used a gallon sized ziploc baggy with a plastic water bottle lid filled with wet salt and put the hygro in before bed last night, the temp stayed a constant 69 degrees. Since I received this hygrometer (through CW) with the humi, I have no clue how to adjust the readout, anyone have this hygro that could help?

Thanks
Bill
