bought my cooler about 6 weeks ago and since I've gotten it stable at 67RH it's been sitting at that point for weeks. Open up the lid, find a cigar, close the lid, repeat.

Just make sure you use plenty of caulking around the lid to keep it air tight...

skip the weather stripping and take out an insurance policy on the cooler and its contents. You'll rest better and so will your sticks.

Great idea...That way every time you smoke one you can claim it was lost due to fire and get the insurance company to replace it.....

This actually brings up a really good point. How do those of you who have 1000's of dollars in cigars insure them against fire - not matches either! I've got over $2,000 worth of cigars and know that "contraband" is not covered under my HO policy. Some of my cigars could be considered under this definition.
