Cornell and Diehl Hebraica Series

My apology for posting so infrequently.

I recently acquired a sampler of C & D's Hebraica Series, apparently blended at the request of Rabbi Ira Stone.

Cornell and Diehl

There are five blends, all very distinct from each other. All have substantial perique, but are quite dissimilar.

I have really enjoyed the sample of #838 Halav U’Dvash, described as:

Quote:
A true blend of both black and red VA cavendish as a base, given strength and presence with rough cut and dark fired Kentucky leaf, combined with exotic Middle Eastern orientals and specially processed with a traditional aromatic agent. The blend comes into being with a final hand-blended note of Perique. An aromatic for those who think they don’t like aromatics.
It has an excellent tobacco taste, with some strength and an excellent room note.
