I've used that - 1/3 cup almond flour, 2/3 cup parmesaian cheese, seasoning...
Cut up chicken breast into 'fingers'... Coat well with the mixture, put on rack in air fryer!

Yum.
Costco has 'cauliflour sandwich thins'.. Makes a good grilled cheese. Because they have cheese in them, don't need to butter them! Just add your favorite cheeses. I start the 'bread' for a minute or 3 on it's own first, because they are thin the cheese inside will melt before they get toasty if you don't.

Family liked it so much that it has replaced shake n bake. I didn’t use it much anyway. This is going into the rotation.
