Holy crap, this stuff is good. After reading Linn's most excellent Bourbon Buyer's Guide, I went on a bourbon buying spree about 6 months back. I'm just getting around to this one. I can't compare it to George T. Stagg, but I can tell you that I like it better than Kentucky Spirit :O.

as tastings.com says:

Brilliant amber-orange. Luscious, complex toffee and Christmas spice nose. A round, supple entry leads to a dry, expansive, medium body. Caramel, nuts, and brown spices are braced by a modest presence of alcohol. Finishes with a lengthy enveloping finish. An outrageously smooth and decadent bourbon.

RATED: 98 points (Superlative)

They write that stuff way better than I do, but I agree with every word.

Seriously, if you like bourbon, check it out.
