Glenmorangie Sonnalta PX Private Collection Pedro Ximénez Cask Finish... From a bottle I purchased some eight years ago. Lovely interplay between the typically spicy (nutmeg, ginger, etc.) distillery profile and the raisin-like overtones from the Sherry cask finishing process.

I was tempted today by a nice selection of well aged Scotch and bourbons at an upscale liquor store today but passed. Gotta watch my spending you know!
  Nothing in that cabinet was less than 20 years old though
